With a background in science communication, landscape architecture and community development, Shelly Strom helps manage the UniverCity Year program. As a staff person of the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, she also supports the Environmental Professional Programs and the Institute’s Dean.
Shelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Journalism, a Master of Science in Life Sciences Communication plus a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
