Experience the UniverCity Alliance partnership in action as the Wisconsin School of Business Professor Yongheng Deng and his Real Estate 420 class come to the Madison Municipal Building to showcase their project poster session highlighting research on how the city’s existing plans align with equity and sustainability principles through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
This fall, City of Madison’s Performance Excellence Specialist Kara Kratowicz and Sustainability and Resilience Manager Jessica Price joined Professor Deng to teach his students about Imagine Madison and the 2024 Sustainability Plan. Students invested project time this semester on furthering ideas of equity and sustainability in city plans, infusing a local to global connections to further the Wisconsin Idea.
Join us for this drop in event to check out their findings.
