Biography

A second year master’s of science in urban and regional planning student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison focusing on environmental policy and design, Elisabeth is interested in exploring the intersection between human health and the environment, ecological restoration, and environmental sustainability. 


After graduating from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s of science in community and environmental sociology and a certificate from the Nelson Institute in Environmental Studies, Elisabeth spent time volunteering with Milwaukee’s Urban Ecology Center helping to restore local wetlands. In addition to being a student member of the American Planning Association, Elisabeth is also Communications Director for the WSPA.
