Elisabeth Bykowski

A second year master’s of science in urban and regional planning student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison focusing on environmental policy and design, Elisabeth is interested in exploring the intersection between human health and the environment, ecological restoration, and environmental sustainability.
After graduating from UW–Madison with a bachelor’s of science in community and environmental sociology and a certificate from the Nelson Institute in Environmental Studies, Elisabeth spent time volunteering with Milwaukee’s Urban Ecology Center helping to restore local wetlands. In addition to being a student member of the American Planning Association, Elisabeth is also Communications Director for the WSPA.
