St. Croix County is located in the northwestern region of Wisconsin. As one of the fastest growing counties in Wisconsin, it is home to nearly 95,000 residents.
St. Croix County’s Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) applied to UniverCity Year for the years 2022-25 to focus on increasing access to residential substance use treatment and researching opportunities for creating a sober living facility for women. The mission of the CJCC is to increase public safety through community collaboration.
