The City of Beaver Dam is centrally located between Madison, Milwaukee, and the Fox Valley, has a population of nearly 17,000 people, and blends big city attractions with small-town charm. Beaver Dam is partnering with UniverCity Alliance to continue work evaluating and upating the city’s human resource processes to comply with a recently completed job factor analysis and salary schedule update.
