UniverCity Jefferson County
Supported by an innovation planning grant through the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Revenue, Jefferson County and its EMS Working Group are studying how the county might become involved in supporting municipal EMS systems.
Through a partnership with UniverCity Alliance, they are reviewing the feasibility and all associated financial and logistical challenges. Jefferson County is located in the southeastern part of Wisconsin with a population of roughly 86,000 people.
