UniverCity Village of Raymond

The Village of Raymond, a small rural community in Racine County, is exploring opportunities for commercial development along a 6-mile stretch of the I-94 corridor on its eastern border. With public water and sewer service expected to reach the village in 2027, Raymond is seeking to understand how different levels of utility infrastructure investment could attract high-quality development and generate long-term returns.

Through a partnership with UniverCity Alliance, the project will help create a scenario analysis tool to evaluate development options, financing strategies, and potential tax base growth to support future investment and recruitment decisions.
